We all have heard it before: “You are what you eat.” Have you ever sat down and actually tracked exactly what you are “made” of? If you constantly eat pizza, then as your cells reproduce new cells, they use that pizza! You might be a walking slice of pepperoni! The human body is made of thousands and thousands of cells. What kind of cells are you reproducing?
